WET NOSE WEDNESDAY !   Meet Ziggy – he’s an 8 year old Jack Russell Terrier mix who came to the shelter as an owner surrender.   He’s a loving cuddly guy who loves his belly rubs.  Ziggy would be great in a home with children 8 and up.    Watch the video — this guy is so lovely !   Visit Ziggy at the SPCA today  spcans.ca
