POLL: Did Ed Sheeran Plagiarize Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"?

Ed Sheeran is being sued for $100 M by Marvin Gaye’s family for plagiarism of 1973’s “Let’s Get It On” with his song 2014 song “Thinking Out Loud.”

It is decided that the final verdict will be by a jury.

According to The Guardian, “his 2014 single copies “the melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bass line, backing chorus, tempo, syncopation and looping” of Gaye’s 1973 hit.”
