WET NOSE WEDNESDAY !   This is Arthur.  He’s an 9 year old Lab Mix who was seized as part of a cruelty investigation.   Arthur had a serious eye issue and, sadly, it had to be removed.  But having only one eye hasn’t stopped this distinguished fella.   Watch the video — Arthur loves to play ..and loves to fetch.  He gets along with other dogs .. and loves people too !  Arthur would make a great addition to any home with children older than 10.   Visit Arthur at the SPCA’s Shelter in Burnside.    #wetnosewednesday
