Bad fairies, good fairies, princesses and princes, with a bit of time travel thrown in for good measure.

Sleeping Beauty is a traditional magical pantomime filled with original songs and lots of silliness.

Fun for the whole family!

The show, that features bad fairies, good fairies, princesses and princes, opens Thursday, November 22 at the Pond Playhouse with performances until December 8.

Princess Rose of Jollimore is on the eve of her special birthday and the end of a long-standing curse put on her by a vengeful fairy. Her friends, the good fairies of Jollimore Pond, venture out to help Rose find a way to break the spell. Will she fall into a deep slumber never to be awakened or will she, with the help of her friends, find “true love’s first kiss?” Written by Damian Trasler, David Lovesy and Steve Clark.

Angela Butler directs this family-friendly show filled with original songs and musical direction by Ralph Urqahart.

Performing in TAG’s production of Sleeping Beauty is Sarah Chalmers (playing Forgetty), Rayna Smith-Camp (Daisy), Kimberly Charron (Tulip), Heidi Turner (Violet), Jennifer Robbins (Magnificent), Adam Norton (Jerry), Stephanie Demedeiros Ouedraogo (Princess Rose), Jolene Pattison (Nelly Nutmeg), Lorne Abramson (King Rowan), Rob McIntyre (King Casey & Finnegan), Skylar Sullivan (Prince Rhud) and Ralph Urquhart (Serious Lee and Musical Director).
