WET NOSE WEDNESDAY brought to you by Fido.    This handsome fella is Chester.  When he came into the SPCA, he wasn’t looking great.  He had severe hair loss .. but now this bouncy 2 year old is looking like a Chocolate Lab again.     The great folks at the SPCA have been giving him special baths .. and a special diet — now he looks and feels so much better. Chester loves to be touched and cuddles .. and LOVES his toys.
