Adam Clayton of U2 and his wife Mariana Teixeira de Carvalho are divorcing.

Following over a decade of marriage, the bassist and lawyer have announced their “amicable” divorce.

“Both will continue to be fully involved in the care of their daughter and they request that the family’s privacy be respected,” a spokesperson said in a statement.

Clayton (62) and Teixeira de Carvalho (45) wed in 2013 after four years together.

The news comes shortly after U2 completed 40 shows at the Las Vegas Sphere.
